What is a learning sequence?
Math Ready allows teachers to assign a learning sequence-a structured series of math activities for students to complete. Math Ready offers pre-set grade-specific learning sequences based on school curriculums, ensuring comprehensive coverage of key math skills; and with Math Ready, Teachers have the flexibility to customize or create their own sequences, adapting lessons to their unique teaching style, class needs, or school programs for more personalized and effective math practice.
What can teachers do with the learning sequence?
Teachers can seamlessly assign up to three tasks for students’ homework with a single click, following the designated learning sequence and performance in class games. Teachers can further assign specific tasks to individual students or the class, from Math Ready’s 250+ math activities. Each task can be set with specific deadlines, and student progress is easily monitored at a glance via the ‘Manage Students’ dashboard.
Can students see their progress through the learning sequence?
Students and parents can effortlessly track progress through the teacher-assigned learning sequence within the ‘Student Zone’ interface, with achievements highlighting the student’s speed and accuracy in completing each task. Students receive prompts to complete their assigned homework through the ‘My Tasks’ feature in Math Ready. Additionally, parents, students, and teachers can review completed work on each student’s ‘My History’ page.
